The High Tatras will probably be forever connected with Chemosvit, as will the name Jan Antonín Baťa. They witnessed the construction of an experimental station for viscose rayon, the expansion of production and the changes the company went through. They accompanied employees on the way to work from the very beginning. And we decided to provide this view also to those who do not work here.
Earlier this year, a team at Chemosvit Folie came up with the idea of adding a live view of the High Tatras to its website. The idea received positive feedback. Therefore, a group of workers from various sections of companies of the Chemosvit group was formed and began work on its implementation.
The result of their joint efforts is the launch of a wide-angle HD camera, which is oriented to the panorama of the High Tatras. The camera is located on the roof of the office building with 15 floors and is the tallest building in Chemosvit. We probably wouldn’t find a place with a better view.
In addition to the possibility of displaying a live view of the Tatras, the website also offers other features. Visitors can take a snapshot of the live view, which is saved to the computer automatically. You can view the recording history, select a specific day, and play a time-lapse video. The video can, of course, also be downloaded.
The project will surely please all mountain lovers, as they can enjoy the view of the smallest alpine type mountain range in the world at any time of the day. It can also help plan hiking and other leisure activities in the region. Or it can surprise friends or business partners when a video lands in their inbox.
Visit the website https://www.chemosvitfolie.com/high-tatras/ and take a moment to rest. Wherever you are and whatever you do.
